P&P was founded from the hard-working hands of two brothers, Mike and Rich Pleskac. After a handful of years in residential construction, they landed their first steel erection project in 1984 for Bryan Hospital. The company thrived over the years due to the brothers' simple approach of doing things the right way, regardless of project size or complexity. Upon their retirement in 2014, Mike and Rich decided to continue the legacy of P&P by transferring the ownership to Paul Pleskac, their brother, and Will Akins who had both been with P&P for 15+ years.

Equipped with a small team of seasoned and motivated ironworkers, Paul and Will ushered P&P into an era of sustained growth based on the grounded approach they learned from Mike and Rich. Tony Pleskac, Paul's son, entered the fold as Paul approached retirement, further solidifying the P&P legacy for years to come. Today, Tony and Will remain partners and have continued to seek avenues of growth while maintaining loyal to the employees and customer base that P&P has developed for 40+ years.Â
